Returns
Because our drinks are consumable, we can only take back unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, your item just needs to be in its original packaging and the same condition you received it in. Customers provide return shipping unless told otherwise.
No restocking fee is applied.
No final sale items, every eligible purchase can be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order shows up damaged or defective, don’t sweat it! Email us right away at info@frozen-tide.com.
We’ll send out a free replacement or refund - no return needed in most cases.
